This is a re-solicitation for lodging support, previously unsuccessful due to unmet distance requirements. The opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and requires an expedited response. Quotes are due by Friday, May 22, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Scope of Work

The contractor will provide temporary lodging and dining services for personnel supporting drydock repairs of the USCGC HAWK (WPB 87355).

Dining must be within a 5-mile radius of the primary lodging location and within a reasonable distance (not more than 5 miles) of the shipyard for lunch.
  • Additional Services: Includes ferry vouchers if a ferry route shortens commute to lodging, and provision for take-out meals as designated. Note: There is a personnel quantity difference; the Port Engineer requires berthing but not messing.
