Scope of Work

- Lodging: Provide temporary lodging for 13 Coast Guard personnel (4 double, 5 single occupancy rooms) within a 15-mile radius of Yank Marine, 487 Main Street, Dorchester, NJ 08316. Facilities must meet the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act, be on the National Master List, and have a minimum 3-star (Forbes/Mobil) or 3-diamond (AAA) rating. Rooms require full indoor laundry, workout facility access, internet, daily maid service, iron/ironing board, microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and full bath, with internal hallway access.
- Dining: Provide healthy, appetizing, and nutritious dining (3 meals daily with wait staff gratuities) for up to 12 Coast Guard personnel. Services must be within a 5-mile radius of the primary lodging and within a reasonable distance (not more than 5 miles) of the shipyard for lunch. Meals must meet specific nutritional and variety requirements, offering three different hot entrées daily for lunch and dinner, with variety over a 3-day period. A dedicated dining area must be available for at least 3 hours per meal. Dining facilities must also meet a minimum 3-star or 3-diamond rating. Note: One personnel requires lodging but not dining.
