Quick Summary

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) is soliciting proposals for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to procure Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) for the CH-53K Aircraft Program. This 100% Small Business Set-Aside opportunity supports O-level maintenance operations for both the NAVAIR CH-53K Program and the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Israel. Proposals are due May 20, 2026, at 1600L.

Scope of Work

This solicitation, N68335-26-R-1025, requires the production and delivery of various PSE items, including slings, maintenance stands, fixtures, and carts. These items are critical for initial outfitting of CH-53K squadrons and facilitating O-level maintenance. All end items must be manufactured in accordance with Government-furnished technical data packages (TDPs).

Key Requirements

Offerors must possess a current and valid Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (self-assessment) to access Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) drawing packages and be eligible for award. A certified DD Form 2345 (Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement) is also required for access to Export Controlled drawings. AS9100D Certification is mandatory at the time of award and throughout contract performance. Deliverables include various certifications (Material, Plating/Coating, Dimensional Quality, Calibration, Proof Load, Non-Destructive Inspection) in PDF format, submitted to the CH-53K Support Equipment Engineer. Adherence to specified lead-times, with delivery 200 calendar days from award, is critical.
