This amendment (0001) to solicitation N6833526R10520001 is issued to respond to vendor questions and provide clarifications. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

• Past Performance: Subcontractor past performance can be referenced. PPQs should be sent to the Government end-user who awarded the prime contract. Authorization letters are not required if there are no team members.

• HUBZone Preference: Price evaluation preference for HUBZone small businesses is applicable under full and open competition; this requirement is a small business set-aside.

• PPQ Submission: A single PPQ per reference is sufficient, even if cited across multiple proposals. The Government will associate PPQs to contracts in Attachment L-2.

• Export Control: Drawings are export controlled and will be provided via DoD Safe to those with a certified DD Form 2345. Successful offerors must provide proof of destruction for export control data from unsuccessful offerors.

• CMMC Access: Offerors must have a current and valid CMMC Level 2 certification and a valid DD Form 2345 to access CUI drawing packages. Failure to meet these requirements prior to award will render the offeror ineligible.

• Section A (Solicitation/Contract Form) has been modified to incorporate these changes.

• Section G (Contract Administration Data) is referenced for TAC information.

• Section L (Proposal Instructions) and Section M (Evaluation Factors) are referenced for proposal structure and evaluation.
