Scope of Work
This requirement is for the provision and installation of a comprehensive furniture package at Facility 31222, Area A, Wright-Patterson AFB. The scope includes:
- Furniture Types: Conference room seating, task seating, desks, conference tables, credenzas, occasional tables, lounge seating, lighting, bookcases, and magnetic glassboards.
- Services: All supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and certified electricians for furniture installation, including hook-up to building power. This also covers design services (including AutoCAD, 3D renderings, and up to three revisions), 30 days of storage, and repair/replacement of flooring/ceiling if damaged during installation.
- Logistics: Transportation, loading, unloading, and movement from factory to final setup. The contractor is responsible for on-site coordination, staging, and deliveries. Note that the installation site has no loading dock or passenger/freight elevator, requiring a truck with a liftgate and step/stairway carry to the second floor.
