Scope of Work
The scope involves herbicide application at various sites within the Hopkinton Everett Lakes project area, such as Hopkinton Dam, Elm Brook Park, North/South Weir, Everett Dam, and Dike P-1/P-2. Key Requirements & Deliverables
Contractors must use State-approved chemicals and application methods. Contract & Eligibility
This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Period of Performance is from the Contract Award Date to October 31, 2026, with initial treatment required no later than August 15, 2026. Work is generally Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 561730 (Landscaping Services) with a size standard of $9,500,000.00. Vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.
Submission & Evaluation
Offers are due via email to the Contract Specialist, Jennifer M. Samela (jennifer.m.samela@usace.army.mil), by March 19, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
