Quick Summary

The U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought (SS) to identify capable sources for a web-based Chemoinformatic Platform software license. • Indexes over 250 million chemical substances and 70 million protein/nucleic acid sequences.
  • Manually curated or indexed for reproducibility and reliability.
  • Indexes over 150 million chemical reactions.
  • Provides predictive retrosynthetic analysis capabilities.
  • Compatible with or provides integrated life sciences content (bioactivity, toxicology, pharmacology).
  • Enables property-based searches, integrating substance information with chemical vendor catalogs, traceable to primary literature.
