Scope of Work
The contractor will provide commercial internet service and maintenance, including wireless connections, to the Mendoza Soldier Family Care Clinic CWR area and the WBAMC East Clinic CWR area. Required internet speeds must be between 200Mbps and 500Mbps. The service is for non-government devices, supporting network and security cameras, live video streaming, and tablet connections.

- Installation, fiber connections, internet service (2 static IPs), and maintenance.
- Replacement of existing consumer-grade Wi-Fi routers with business-grade equipment.

Evaluation & Submission
Quotes must be submitted electronically to the primary and alternate points of contact and require three volumes: Technical, Price, and Past Performance. Evaluation factors include Technical Capability, Price, and Past Performance. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the offeror providing the most advantageous price to the Government, meeting minimum technical requirements and satisfactory/neutral past performance.
Additional Notes
The government reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of ISP connections. Contractor personnel must speak, read, and understand English, complete Antiterrorism (AT) Level I and iWATCH training, and comply with installation access and security procedures. Contractor personnel will require government escorts for access and will not have access to classified information. Monthly invoicing is required.
