• Hot Water Pumps #1 & #2: Replace seals.
• Cooling Tower Cell #1: Replace Fan Motor #1 and V-belts.
• General: Conduct start-ups and provide operational reports for all repaired units.

Submission & Evaluation

• Pricing: Quotes must include itemized cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment rental/operation, overhead, profit, and sales tax for all line items.
• Overhead & Profit Cap: Cumulative total for overhead and profit shall not exceed 30% for all subcontractors and the prime contractor, and 20% for prime contractor work only.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Quotes will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.
• Submission Format: Quotes must be submitted electronically via email in Adobe PDF format to the Contracting Officer.
• SAM.gov: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.
• Price Validity: Prices must be held firm for 90 calendar days from the receipt of offers.

• Compliance: Personnel must comply with all USDA, ARS, NAL, and worksite security policies, as well as Federal, state, and local safety, health, and environmental laws, including OSHA standards and hazardous material management (asbestos, lead paint).
• Field Verification: The service provider must field verify all dimensions before ordering products.
