Purpose & Overview

This notice is for market research purposes to identify qualified Small Businesses and/or 8(a) firms capable of providing comprehensive Chiller Maintenance services. The BEP requires maintenance, repair, and testing for its chiller systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation. This is not a solicitation and does not guarantee a future contract award.

Key Requirements / Deliverables

The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for the maintenance of various chiller system components. This includes:

  • Four (4) 1,375 ton centrifugal chillers
  • Four (4) chiller electrical motor control centers
  • Four (4) chiller motor starters
  • Three (3) secondary distribution pump motor starters
  • Three (3) secondary distribution pump variable frequency drive units (VFD's)
  • One (1) Plate and Frame chilled water economizer
  • Three (3) secondary condenser pumps for plate and frame
  • Four (4) chilled water pumps
  • Four (4) condenser water pumps
  • Eight (8) Cooling tower variable frequency drive units (VFD's)
  • Ten (10) automated valves

Interested firms must submit a capability statement detailing their technical capabilities and recent experience (5-7 years).
