Purpose & Overview
This notice is for market research purposes to identify qualified Small Businesses and/or 8(a) firms capable of providing comprehensive Chiller Maintenance services. The BEP requires maintenance, repair, and testing for its chiller systems to ensure continuous and reliable operation. This is not a solicitation and does not guarantee a future contract award.
Key Requirements / Deliverables
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and supervision for the maintenance of various chiller system components. This includes:
- Four (4) 1,375 ton centrifugal chillers
- Four (4) chiller electrical motor control centers
- Four (4) chiller motor starters
- Three (3) secondary distribution pump motor starters
- Three (3) secondary distribution pump variable frequency drive units (VFD's)
- One (1) Plate and Frame chilled water economizer
- Three (3) secondary condenser pumps for plate and frame
- Four (4) chilled water pumps
- Four (4) condenser water pumps
- Eight (8) Cooling tower variable frequency drive units (VFD's)
- Ten (10) automated valves

- Anticipated Period of Performance: One 12-month base period (July 2026 – July 2027) and four 12-month option periods (July 2027 – July 2031).

Submission & Evaluation
Interested firms must submit a capability statement detailing their technical capabilities and recent experience (5-7 years). The statement should include contract type, award amount, contract number, period of performance, and Government/Commercial Point of Contact information. Submissions are limited to a maximum of five (5) typed pages (12-font Calibri or Times New Roman, 8.5 x 11 inches). No hard copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted.
