  • Properly closing sewage piping by cutting and capping lines at the property boundary, including asbestos testing.
  • Clearing and grubbing existing vegetation, then reseeding with native vegetation.
  • Addressing any identified hazardous constituents (asbestos, PCBs, lead-based paint, mold) per federal and tribal regulations. The contractor must develop a Health and Safety Plan (HASP) and a detailed Work Plan, coordinate with tribal entities, and provide all necessary utilities.
