Scope of Work

The project's objective is to waterproof and enhance the drainage system of Building #33. Key tasks include:

• Assessing site conditions (soil, drainage, water table, climate).
• Temporarily relocating HVAC units and a fence.
• Excavating along the eastside wall for waterproofing and drainage system installation.
• Rerouting electrical gate conduit.
• Installing a French Drain with a 6-inch perforated sock pipe in gravel.
• Applying specific waterproofing materials (Mapel plain seal CR1, MIRFI 140N 4oz, J Drain ES 1530 B Drain Board).
• Backfilling the trench to create positive drainage towards Evergreen Street and Powell Street.
• Installing a 2-foot wide concrete pad, aluminum flashing, and extending downspouts.
• Restoring disturbed landscape areas with approximately 150 sq yds of sod. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supervision, ensuring compliance with all applicable Tribal, state, and federal laws and regulations.
