Requirements & Submission
Offerors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer and provide official proof with their offer. Quotes must include new procurement unit price, total price, procurement delivery lead time (PTAT), CAGE code, inspection & acceptance CAGE (if different), cost breakdown (if feasible), and a quote expiration date (minimum 90 days). Quality & Logistics
General requirements include MIL-STD Packaging and Government Source Inspection. All freight is FOB Origin. Contractors are responsible for all inspection requirements and must maintain records for 365 days post-delivery. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD 2073.
