Quotes are limited to five (5) pages for the main body and must adhere to specific formatting requirements (8-1/2" x 11" paper, single-spaced, 1" margins, Times New Roman 12pt font). The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price who meets all technical requirements. Site visits are not offered.
