Scope of Work
The requirement is for two (2) 20' custom climate-controlled storage containers. Key specifications include:
- Container Base: 20’ Standard 1-Trip Shipping Container.
- Electrical: 100 Amp service panel, interior 4’ LED lights, exterior LED floodlight, outlets, and a 50 Amp generator inlet. Wiring must support HVAC, lights, and dehumidifier.
- Insulation & HVAC: Interior 2LB spray foam insulation (10.5 R-Value) and an 18,500 BTU A/C unit with heat, framed with a weather cover and security bars. HVAC units must maintain 70°F in up to +120°F environments and be enclosed in an exterior welded security enclosure.
- Interior Framing: 2" square tubing framing around walls, ceiling, and down the center for attachment points. Framing for a 4' deep vestibule from the opening with a 48” steel entry door and security bar.
- Security & Access: Interior entry door with X10 security lock, exterior doors with means for securing open, and four 15” x 4” covered wall vents with ballistic/physical security, screening, and interior louvers.
- Finishing: Exterior paint in New Container Tan RAL1015, interior walls/ceiling in semi-gloss white, and charcoal non-skid adhesive floor.
- Delivery: FOB Destination to U.S. Coast Guard SFLC, Baltimore, MD, by July 1, 2026. Military packaging (MIL-STD-2073-1E) and marking (MIL-STD-129R) are required.
