Justification for Sole Source
The Justification and Approval (J&A) document confirms that Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and holds all proprietary rights to the technical data, specifications, and drawings required for manufacturing these complex Closure parts. The government does not own these rights, making it uneconomical to procure from other sources.
