- Evaluation Factors: Proposals will be evaluated based on Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Non-price factors (Technical and Past Performance) combined are approximately equal to price, with Technical and Past Performance being of equal value.
Amendment Details
An amendment (posted March 19, 2026) revises language in Section L.2, "Instructions for Preparation of Technical Proposal," and replaces Attachment 7, "Vendor Attestation Form," with a new "Federal Bureau of Prison's Vendor Cybersecurity Attestation Form (3 Pages)." No changes to proposal deadlines were indicated by this amendment.
