• Proposals must be submitted electronically to BanjulGsoProcurement@state.gov.

• Submissions must be in English and in MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.

• File size must not exceed 30MB per email; larger submissions must be split into multiple emails.

• Two packages are required: Technical Proposal and Cost Proposal.

• Evaluation will be based on the lowest price for a technically acceptable quotation.

• No specific set-aside is mentioned.

• A mandatory site visit will be held on June 18th, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at house 1001 Fajara in Banjul. Interested contractors must submit no more than two names of attendees to BanjulGSOProcurement@state.gov by June 16th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Gambian Time.

• Failure to attend the site visit may result in the offeror being deemed non-responsible.

• The document includes a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) with specific project requirements, governing criteria, period of performance schedule, and general safety requirements.

• Quotations are due by January 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Gambian Time.

• Proposals must be in English.

• Submissions must be electronic to BanjulGsoProcurement@state.gov in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, not exceeding 30MB per file.

• Proposals must include a Technical Proposal (Package One) and a Cost Proposal (Package Two).

• Attendance at a mandatory site visit on January 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at house 1001 Fajara in Banjul is required. Contractors must RSVP by January 16, 2026.

• Offerors failing to attend the site visit may be deemed non-responsible.

• The U.S. Government intends to award to a responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

• All work shall comply with U.S. codes and standards (ASTM, IBC, NEC, OBO Design Standards, USACE).

• Contractor personnel require security clearance for access to U.S. Embassy facilities.
