Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) N00244-26-Q-0026. The government is procuring furniture for two locations: Room 101 (N47 CRUDES) and Room 104 (N45 FIRE PREVENTION). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate solicitation document will be issued. It is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement.

Room 101 (N47 CRUDES):

• 4 Nesting Tables (for Conference Area)
• 8 Chairs (for Conference Area)
• 1 Reception Cube (with Transaction Top)
• 2 Large Private Offices Workstations (5.6' x 6') (with door panels only; 107” Tall Panels)
• 24 Telemarketing Cubes (30" x 48") (53" Tall Panels; Includes Task Chairs, Storage, and Sit Stands)

Room 104 (N45 FIRE PREVENTION):

• 8 Workstations (Includes Overhead Storage, BBF Pedestals, and 1 Task Chair Per Station)
• 2 Sit Stands (For Use in 2 of the 8 Workstations Above)
• 1 Open Shelf Storage (1 Wall Entrance for Equipment)
• 1 Storage Cabinet (At Entrance for Storage)

Required Delivery Date: 60 days after award.

• Contract Type: Single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• Place of Performance: Commander Naval Surface Group South West (CNSGSW).

• Closing Date: 14 May 2026, 11:00 AM (PST) San Diego, California Time.

• Submission Method: Via email only to Dionte Grays at dionte.l.grays.civ@us.navy.mil. Subject line must state: Solicitation N00244-26-Q-0026, CNSGSW Office Reconfiguration.

• Questions Deadline: 12 May 2026, 11:00 AM (PST) San Diego, California Time, submitted via email.

• Evaluation Factors:

  • Factor I - Technical Approach
  • Factor II - Price

• Evaluation Method: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Best value will be based on a technically acceptable quote with the lowest total evaluated price.

• This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competition.

• North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 337214, with a size standard of 1100 Employees.

• The solicitation incorporates numerous FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses by reference.

• Quoters are advised to submit complete and clear quotes. Vague or insubstantial statements may lead to unacceptability.

• The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure and install new systems, furniture, and workstations to support CNSGSW N47 and N45 staff at Naval Base San Diego, enabling continued critical operations and providing each staff member with their own workstation.

• Provide cost proposal and drawings for furniture purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation.
• Perform a site visit to assess conditions, accessibility, and site restrictions.
• Procure and install new systems, furniture, and workstations.
• Remove and dispose of all existing furniture.
• Provide a certified electrician for labor and materials to add circuits and relocate lighting as needed for power and data poles.

Room 101 (N47 CRUDES):

• 4 Nesting Tables (Conference Area)
• 8 Chairs (Conference Area)
• 1 Reception Cube (with Transaction Top)
• 2 Large Private Offices (107” Tall Panels)
• 24 Workstations (5.6' x 6') (53" Tall Panels, includes Task Chairs, Storage, Sit Stands)
• 17 Telemarketing Cubes (30” x 48”) (53" Tall Panels, includes Task Chair, Sit Stands)

Room 104 (N45 FIRE PREVENTION):

• 8 Workstations (Includes Overhead Storage, BBF Pedestals, 1 Task Chair per station)

• 2 Sit Stands (for 2 of the 8 workstations)

• 1 Open Shelf Storage (1 Wall Entrance for Equipment)

• 1 Storage Cabinet (at Entrance for Storage)

• Workstation installation to be quoted as Full Turnkey Installation Service.

• Installation services based on standard operating hours.

• Compliance with Base security, safety, and health requirements.

• Period of Performance (POP): 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Place of Performance: Commander Naval Surface Group South West (CNSGSW), 3325 Senn Street Bldg. 55, onboard Naval Base San Diego.

• Contractor must schedule a site visit.

• Contractor must provide detailed descriptions and brochures of proposed workstations.

• Contractor must provide a truck with a lift gate for furniture delivery.

• Travel to and from the site is required and covered in the contract cost.

• Installation hours: Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1600 (unless otherwise cleared by Installation Site Manager).

• Government will provide utilities (water, electricity, restrooms) and access to job sites.
