Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure and install new systems, furniture, and workstations to support CNSGSW N47 and N45 staff, enabling continued critical operations and providing individual workstations.

• Provide cost proposals and drawings for furniture purchase, delivery, and assembly.
• Perform a site visit to assess building conditions, accessibility, site restrictions, parking, deliveries, loading dock, storage, and staging.
• Install new systems furniture and workstations.
• Remove and dispose of all existing furniture.
• Remove existing carpet and replace with new flooring.
• Provide a certified electrician to add circuits (surface mount) and relocate lighting as needed.

Room 101 (N47 CRUDES) Requirements:

• 4 Nesting Tables (Conference Area)
• 8 Chairs (Conference Area)
• 1 Reception Cube (With Transaction Top)
• 2 Large Private Offices (With door panels only; 107” Tall Panels)
• 2 L-Shape Height Adjustable Desks (1 Per Large Private Office)
• 6 Task Chairs (3 Chairs Per Large Private Office)
• 2 Bookshelves (Three Shelves; 1 Per For Large Private Office)
• 2 Uniform Wardrobes (1 Per For Large Private Office)
• 24 Workstations (5.6' x 6'; 53" Tall Panels; includes Task Chairs, Mobile Unit Storage, Uniform Wardrobe, and Sit Stands)
• 17 Telemarketing Cubes (30” x 48"; 53" Tall Panels; includes Task Chair and Sit Stands)
• 1 Laminated Hard Wood Flooring

Room 104 (N45 FIRE PREVENTION) Requirements:

• 8 Workstations (Includes Overhead Storage, BBF Pedestals, and 1 Task Chair Per Station)

• 2 Sit Stands (For Use in 2 of the 8 Workstations)

• 1 Open Shelf Storage (1 Wall Entrance for Equipment)

• 1 Storage Cabinet (At Entrance for Storage)

• 1 Carpet Flooring

• Period of Performance (POP): 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Place of Performance: Commander Naval Surface Group South West (CNSGSW), 3325 Senn Street Bldg. 55, onboard Naval Base San Diego.

• Workstations to be quoted as Full Turnkey Installation Service.

• Installation services based on standard operating hours (Monday-Friday, 0800-1600).

• Compliance with US military installation security, safety, and health requirements.

• Vendor responsible for verifying base and site access.

• Travel to and from the site is required and covered in the contract cost.

• Government will provide utilities (water, electricity, restrooms) and free/clear access to job sites.

• Delivery via truck with lift gate required inside the building.

• Schedule site visit.

• Provide drawings with cost proposal.

• Provide detailed description of proposed furniture requested.

• Provide truck with lift gate for delivery of furniture inside building.

• Provide cost proposals and drawings for furniture purchase, delivery, assembly, and installation.

• Perform a site visit to assess building conditions, accessibility, site restrictions, parking, deliveries, loading dock, storage, staging, and hours of availability.

• Install new systems furniture and workstations.

• Remove and dispose of existing furniture.

• Remove existing flooring (carpet) and replace with new flooring.

• Provide a certified electrician for surface mount circuits to power new workstations and relocate existing lighting.

• Room 101 (N47 Crudes): 4 Nesting Tables, 8 Chairs, 1 Reception Cube, 2 Large Private Offices (with door panels), 24 Workstations (5.6' x 6'), 17 Telemarketing Cubes, and Laminated Hard Wood Flooring.

• Room 104 (N45 Fire Prevention): 8 Workstations (with overhead storage, BBF pedestals, and task chair), 2 Sit Stands, 1 Open Shelf Storage, 1 Storage Cabinet, and Carpet Flooring.

• Detailed description of proposed workstation consoles with brochures.

• Rendered drawings with cost proposal.

• Truck with lift gate for furniture delivery inside the building.

• Period of Performance (POP): 60 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Place of Performance: Commander Naval Surface Group South West (CNSGSW), 3325 Senn Street Bldg. 55, onboard Naval Base San Diego.

• Workstations to be quoted as Full Turnkey Installation Service.

• Cost proposal package to include drawings and detailed descriptions.

• Travel to and from the site is covered in the contract cost; no other travel is authorized.

• Government will provide utilities (water, electricity, restrooms) and access to job sites.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) N00244-26-Q-0026. The government is procuring furniture for two locations: Room 101 (N47 CRUDES) and Room 104 (N45 FIRE PREVENTION). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and no separate solicitation document will be issued. It is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competition requirement.

• 1 Reception Cube (with Transaction Top)
