Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Cobra PX650 Two-Way Radios with Charging Dock (Brand Name Only). The acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

• Procurement of Cobra PX650 Two-Way Radios with Charging Dock (80 units).

• Offerors must submit a specification sheet and pictures with their quote.

• Delivery and assembly/installation will be performed IAW Attachment 1 – Cobra Two Way Radio Salient Characteristics – 1.

• Contract type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• Quotes must be effective for 90 days after submission.

• Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 6 May 2026, no later than 10:00 A.M. CST.

• Questions Due: Wednesday, 29 April 2026, by 10:00 A.M. CST.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote is the lowest evaluated price among the technically acceptable quotes. Only the three lowest quotes deemed technically acceptable will be considered for evaluation.

• This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside.

• Only quotes submitted by 100% small business set-asides holding NAICS Code 334220 and a size standard of 1,250 employees will be accepted.

• Registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory for award.

• Offerors must provide delivery date, payment terms, company name, required Cage Code, POC, telephone number, and email address.

• Failure to quote on all CLINs will render the quote unacceptable.

• The government reserves the right to conduct interchanges if deemed in its best interest.
