- CLIN 0003: Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Module: An integrated module with a webcam (minimum 5x zoom, 112-degree FOV), microphone, 3-channel stereo loudspeaker with spatial audio, and AI noise removal. Must include an external hard-wired microphone, be compatible with Cisco Webex, and have an external hardwired tablet for control. Requires specific ports (HDMI, USB-A, USB-C) and must be strictly hardwired (no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) for operational security.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted via email to ivan.morffi@usmc.mil and david.r.bovee.mil@usmc.mil. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance. Price reasonableness will also be assessed. Delivery time is noted as a potential evaluation factor. Quotes must include all requested line items priced for aggregate award to be considered responsive and should be valid for 90 days.
Additional Notes
Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide their Unique Entity ID and Cage Code. Amendment 001 also added clause 252.225-7001 Buy American and Balance of Payments Program. Questions were accepted up to 96 hours after the initial RFQ posting.
