  • Contract Type: Hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for most tasks, with severable cost reimbursement CLINs for respondent remuneration (Task 5) and advertisement payments (Task 6).
  • Period of Performance: A base period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, followed by four one-year option periods, extending potentially through April 30, 2031.
