Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made on an "all or none" basis to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability is determined by meeting or exceeding the salient characteristics outlined in the solicitation. The Government intends to award without discussions, so offerors are encouraged to submit their best technical and price proposal initially. Proposals must be valid for a minimum of 60 days.
