Scope of Work
This effort requires non-personal knowledge-based services supporting ACC/A3C across various C2ISR platforms and centers, including the Air Operations Center (AOC), Control and Reporting Center (CRC), Battle Control Center (BCC), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), E-7 Wedgetail, Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), E-11 Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN), and Airborne Reconnaissance Operations. Services will involve providing information, advice, analyses, recommendations, document preparation, scheduling, and training. Key tasks outlined in the Draft PWS include responding to taskers, preparing briefs, developing doctrine and policies, attending meetings, liaising with agencies, managing files, supporting Crisis Action Team (CAT) operations, and providing functional management for various C2ISR assets.

Security Requirements
A DD254 and Top Secret (TS) Facility Clearance (FCL) will be required. Contractor personnel must obtain and maintain TS clearance, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility, and NATO Secret clearance. Support may involve working within SCIF environments.
