Scope of Work
The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials for a turnkey renovation. The project is divided into two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001 (Building 1672 - Command Post): Prepare the space for Command Post relocation. This includes construction (framing, drywall, VCT/carpet, window/door specifications, soundproofing, cabinet/counter replacement), electrical (receptacles, lighting controls, emergency lighting, fire alarm strobes, conduit/comm boxes), and HVAC (splitting ducting, additional diffuser, return grates, override button).
- CLIN 0002 (Building 1675 - Nondestructive Inspection Room): Convert a decommissioned Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) room into an NDI Room. This involves interior demolition, construction (framing, VCT/carpet, credential windows, reinforced doors, mantrap doors, cabinet/counter replacement, photo backdrop system removal/reinstallation, 6" closed cell spray foam insulation, epoxy floor coating), electrical (GFCI receptacles, dedicated 480V 100 amp 3 phase receptacle, rotating warning light, conduit/comm boxes), and HVAC (Mini Split system with humidity control, Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system).
All work must comply with federal, state, local codes, DoD standards, UFCs, and UFGSs. A one-year warranty on workmanship and manufacturer's warranty on products is required.
