Submissions must document 2-5 relevant construction projects completed within the past 10 years, demonstrating experience in:
- Size: Final construction value of $10,000,000 or greater.
- Scope: Construction, renovation, repair, and/or certification of caissons, boats, or other floating vessels.
- Complexity: Experience with placing and working on caissons/floating vessels in dry docks, upland facilities, waterfront facilities, or on barges.
A one-page narrative addressing access to facilities near PNSY and experience with lifting/towing caissons is also required.
