Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all transportation, materials, parts, travel, delivery, tools, training, and labor to upgrade the Commander's Conference Room. This includes:
- Audio-Visual System: Rewiring existing AV equipment, supplying and installing new camera, microphone, speaker systems, a rack, and an amplifier. The system must be tuned for optimal audio in the room and for Polycom phones.
- Video Conferencing: Integrated TAA-compliant PTZ camera (4K/1080p, 12X optical/digital zoom, HDR, autofocus, tracking modes) for BYOD Teams calls. Mirrored switching for displays is desired.
- Audio System: In-ceiling speakers with echo cancellation, noise suppression, a digital sound mixer with master override, and a 70-volt system with six new ceiling tile speakers (in addition to existing six). Four hanging or flush-mounted condenser microphones are required, with the gallery area also needing to be miked.
- Connectivity: Wired HDMI inputs, wireless content-sharing (e.g., Barco ClickShare, Mersive Solstice), cable management, and table cubbies with HDMI, USB-C, and power for laptops. Wireless keyboard/mouse connections are not acceptable.
- Infrastructure: Equipment rack with cooling and power conditioning. The system must feed into the NIPR net and integrate securely into the network with remote management capabilities.
- Furniture: Two height-adjustable desks (31.5" W x 23.5" D), one for visitors and one for the user/technician. The room also has a large sitting area for 32 chairs, plus 9 on the North wall and 8 on the South wall.
- Deliverables: Fully installed and operational AV systems, 1 day of on-site training for staff and IT support, and a final documentation package including one hard copy of COTS manuals within 25 days post-award.
