Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide commercial passenger buses to support the operational tempo of the 19th Airlift Wing at Little Rock Air Force Base, AR, for mass movement of personnel, deployments, exercises, and contingency operations.

• Provide a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of five (5) operational commercial passenger buses at any given time.

• Vehicles must be a 2010 model year or newer, with automatic transmission, and available in solid black, blue, gray, or white exterior colors.

• Buses must have a minimum passenger capacity of 44.

• Vehicles must have overhead bins or coach-style underbelly cargo storage and fully operational climate control.

• Safety features include functional seatbelts for every seat, working rearview mirrors, working horn, serviceable seats, working windshield wipers, and parking brake.

• Vehicles must meet all on-base driving standards and include a serviceable spare tire, lug wrench, and jack.

• Drivers are not provided; vehicles will be operated by military personnel or DoD civilian employees.

• Vehicles must be safe and operational.

• Immediate replacement of defective vehicles within 24 hours.

• Vehicles must be returned with fuel equal to or greater than the amount at acceptance.
