Double rooms require two full-sized beds; single rooms require one queen-sized bed. All rooms must be non-smoking.
  • Services: Daily maid service, including towel replenishment, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing. Bed linens must be changed at least weekly or upon guest check-out.
  • Performance Standards: Guest requests for housekeeping supplies must be fulfilled within 30 minutes. 24-hour check-in/check-out is required, with check-in no earlier than 3:00 pm and check-out no earlier than 11:00 am. Cancellations are accepted without charge up to 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.
  • Special Requirements: Contractors must accept government-issued credit cards, provide direct billing (tax-free), maintain mutually agreed-upon room rates, implement secure key control procedures, ensure interior security locks, and offer adequate, secure, and lighted parking. Properties must be listed on the FEMA Master list and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and AFOSH 91-001 standards. Non-MOU properties will require inspection by base personnel.
