- Minor Repairs: Corrective actions under 2 hours of labor, with the contractor providing materials.
- Exterior & Grounds Maintenance: Trash removal, basic landscaping (pest risk/overgrowth prevention), minor graffiti removal, and exterior lighting inspection.
- Pest Control, Cleaning, Emergency Response, and Waste Handling. Security guard services are excluded. The contractor must demonstrate high expertise and adhere to industry standards.
