To acquire commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT, networking, cybersecurity, and project management training for 461st Air Control Networks Squadron (461 ACNS) personnel. The training aims to ensure squadron members have the necessary baseline knowledge to operate, maintain, and defend Department of War (DoW) mission networks.

• Instructors must be fully certified and possess a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.

• Certificate of Completion - Due within 5 days of course end.

• Roster / Attendance Report - Due within 5 days of course end.

• Training will be conducted at the contractor's commercial training facility or on-site at the 461 ACNS facilities, as determined by scheduling requirements.

• If training is conducted on-site at a DoW installation, contractors will not require access to DoW computer networks/systems.

• Contractor personnel must meet personnel, information, system, property, and facility security requirements.

• Security clearances are not expected to be required for contractor/subcontractor personnel.

• Modifications to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order, signed by both parties, detailing the change, reason, schedule impact, and cost impact. All change orders require written approval from 461 ACNS.
