Amendment / Modification

Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure and install a commercial washer and dryer for the athletic program at Lejeune High School to aid in the cleaning of sports uniforms.

• Procure and install one commercial washer and one commercial dryer.

• Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, quality control, supervision, shipping, and transportation.

• Ensure proper electrical and plumbing connections.

• Conduct Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to verify correct installation and functionality.

• Deliver and install equipment, including unboxing, inspection, leveling, connecting utilities, testing, and disposal of packaging materials.

• Install anti-tip brackets.

• Equipment must meet or exceed specified technical requirements.

• Installation must be completed according to code and regulations.

• Site must be maintained in a clean and orderly condition.

• All work must be completed by qualified technicians.

• Installation at Lejeune High School.

• Specific delivery and installation dates will be provided in the delivery order.

• Installation must be completed no later than the specified date on the Delivery Order.

• Contractor must submit product specifications for approval within five (5) calendar days of award.

• Installation access will be provided when school is not in session, after school hours, or on weekends, with limited access during school hours possible.

• Contractor personnel require background checks and must comply with base access and on-site conduct regulations (escorted by a Government representative).

• Contractor is not considered mission essential and access may be restricted during increased force protection conditions.

• Contractor must provide training for school staff on installation, safety, operation, and maintenance, along with user guides.

• A site survey must be conducted within ten (10) calendar days prior to delivery and installation.

• Equipment must be delivered no earlier than ten (10) calendar days before the projected installation start date.

• Contractor is responsible for inside delivery to designated locations.

• Contractor must restore any building damage caused by installation.

• Final acceptance contingent upon verification of deliverables, successful functional test, and formal acceptance document.

To procure and install a commercial washer and dryer for the gym area at Lejeune High School to support the athletic program and gym curriculum by cleaning sports uniforms.

• Procure and install one commercial washer and one commercial dryer.

• Provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, quality control, supervision, shipping, and transportation.

• Ensure proper electrical and plumbing connections.

• Conduct Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to verify correct installation and functionality.

• Deliver products meeting or exceeding specified technical requirements.

• Coordinate delivery and installation schedule with the Point of Contact (POC).

• Perform site cleanup and debris removal.

• Restore any building modifications made during installation.

• Installation: Must be coordinated and approved in writing by the Government. Installation includes delivery, assembly, leveling, connection to utilities (within 5 feet), testing, and anti-tip bracket installation.

• Site Access: Limited to non-school hours (after school, weekends) unless otherwise coordinated.

• Personnel: Must undergo background checks and be escorted by a Government representative.

• Training: Provide training for selected school staff on installation, safety, operation, and maintenance.

• Documentation: Provide User Guides and other support materials.

• Warranty: Manufacturer's standard published warranty.
