Evaluation & Award
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Price will be ranked lowest to highest, with technical evaluation conducted on the lowest three offerors (or all if fewer than three). Technical evaluation will assess the ability to furnish requested items. Quotes must be valid for 60 days and include "Freight on Board (FOB) Destination."
Important Considerations
