Scope of Work
The objective is to replace critical EOL servers for base data backups. The scope includes:
- Providing and installing five (5) HPE ProLiant Compute DL360 Gen12 8SFF NC Configure-to-order Servers.
- Providing three (3) years of initial licensing and sustainment support.
- Performing all migration services for existing servers.
- Providing a Project Completion Test Plan and submittal sheet for material approval.
- Delivering final documentation, knowledge transfer, and basic training.
- Configuring Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) hardening and Information Assurance (IA) scans.
- Ensuring all new IT equipment is ITS standard, TAA Compliant, JELA eligible, and free from refurbished or counterfeit parts.
- All work must be performed by Authorized Technicians.
- Providing 24x7 telephone support with Next Business Day Onsite support.
- Contractor is responsible for proper disposal of replaced parts off Maxwell AFB.
