Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remodel Building 14, Room 26B, at COMNAVSURFPAC, NAB, Coronado, CA, to accommodate personnel growth within the Chaplain's office.

• General Remodeling: Includes new carpet, paint, ceiling tiles, lighting, and window blinds for the entire room.

• Furniture Provision: Vendor shall provide specific furniture items for four individual offices (Office 1-4), a reception station, a conference area, and a coffee area. This includes height-adjustable desks, pedestals, bookcases, wardrobe towers, task chairs, guest chairs, tables, and cabinets.

• Ceiling Tiles: Demo existing tiles, dispose of them, and install new 24" x 48" non-directional fissured ceiling tiles meeting specific UL, NRC, CAC, and emission standards.

• Carpet: Demo existing carpet and cove base, prep floor, and install new 24" x 24" solution-dyed carpet tiles and rubber cove base.

• Electrical/Lighting: Provide qualified electrician for furniture connections, circuit moving, and installation of new LED light fixtures (14 x 2'x4' and 2 x 2'x2'). Remove old fixtures.

• Window Coverings: Remove old blinds and install new Honeycomb Soft Shades.

• Paint: Prep, prime, and paint all walls, doors, frames, and seismic beams.

• Ceiling Tile Specs: 100% non-directional fissured pattern, 24" x 48" x 5/8", Minimum .60 UL Classified NRC rating, Minimum 35 UL Classified CAC rating, Class A, Emission Compliant – Certified, Minimum 30% recycled content, Mineral fiber.

• Carpet Specs: 24" x 24" solution dyed carpet tiles (Tarkett, Style: 03026 Aftermath ll, Color: 23509 Flannel), 4" rubber cove base (Black), Transitions: snap cap or metal reducers.

• Window Coverings: Honeycomb Soft Shades, color: 50-532 Wafer with continuous cord loop control.

• Electrical: Install new LED light fixtures throughout Room 26B.

• Place of Performance: COMNAVSURFPAC, 2841 Rendova Rd, San Diego, CA 92155, Room 26B.

• Period of Performance: Vendor shall complete work within 60 days after commencement during FY26.

• Additional Services: Disconnect electrical feeds, remove/dispose of old furniture/panels/walls, provide temporary computer/phone move services, remove and reinstall speakers, disconnect/reinstall data/phone drops.

• Furniture: Height adjustable desks must not have Bluetooth capabilities. Incorporate wire management and cord managers.

• Building Systems: Vendor must ensure compliance with all fire and building codes. Vendor is responsible for providing product and labor to relocate existing light fixtures if affected by the design.

• Dumpster: Vendor shall provide a dumpster for debris.

• Security: CNSP will provide escorts.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for the renovation of Room 26B at COMNAVSURFPAC.
