• Technical Capability: Vendors must provide descriptive literature proving their offered items meet government requirement specifications and proof/certification of compliance with required certifications and qualifications outlined in solicitation attachments.

• Price Submission: Submit one original signed copy of the completed Standard Form (SF) 1449, executed copies of any Amendments, and executed Representations and Certifications.

• Delivery Lead Time: Must be provided.

• Acknowledgement of Amendments: Required.

• Quotes shall be held firm for sixty (60) days.
