Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must provide an Estimated (EST) repair price for the full effort. A Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) quote for repair is required within 90 days after receipt of carcass(es) following a teardown & evaluation (TD&E). Quotes must include the cost of new (actual or estimated) for evaluation and specify any exceptions to solicitation requirements. Key information to provide includes Teardown & Evaluation Rate, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT - requested 100 days), Throughput Constraint, and Induction Expiration Date. Price reductions will apply for failure to meet required RTATs. If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), offerors must state the OEM and provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor. This is a DO certified order under DPAS.
