• The contractor is responsible for forming, reinforcing, pouring, finishing, and stripping.

• Delivery of all twenty (20) blocks to Naval Station Everett, Port Operations Bldg. 2125, 2000 West Marine View Drive, Everett, WA 98207.

• DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, is applicable, requiring DoD unique identification or equivalent.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Supply-type.

• Period of Performance: Delivery on or before July 22, 2026.

• Estimated Value: Not specified.

• Offer Due Date/Local Time: May 28, 2026, 12:00 PM.

• Submission: All responsible sources may submit a quote or offer prior to the closing date.

• Evaluation Factors: The government will select the most advantageous offer based on technical (including delivery date), price, and past performance, in no order of relative importance.
