• Item 0003 (Short Loads): The government clarified that "short loads" refers to concrete trucks not being full. Based on a provided pour schedule, 6 short loads will be required if each truck carries 10 CY.
• Item 0004 (Pours & Quantities): There will be 6 pours, with specific quantities for Footer (37 CY), T-Block (68 CY), Cap (27 CY), Interior Slab - Outside Lanes (95 CY), Interior Slab - Inside Lane (48 CY), and Ramps (12 CY). Pours for Cap, Interior Slab (Outside Lanes), and Interior Slab (Inside Lane) will require a pump truck. The total estimated CY is 287.
• Pump vs. Line Truck: The government confirmed a line truck will be used, with a maximum hose distance of 70' and a 2" hose size being sufficient.

• Quotes are due by 23 March 2026, 11:00 AM Local time (MDT).

• Quotes must be emailed to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist listed on page 1.

• All solicitation amendments must be acknowledged or signed and returned.

• Evaluation Factors: Price and Technical Capability. Technical capability will be assessed based on whether the proposed product/item meets or exceeds the minimum salient characteristics and specifications. Insufficient product data may result in a "Not Acceptable" rating.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 60 calendar days from the quote receipt date.

• This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the chosen NAICS (212321) prior to award to be eligible.
