Scope of Work
This contract requires the supply of Receptacle Cable Assemblies in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 7591113 Piece 2 and Teledyne Drawing 1535016, Part Number 1535016-168. Key requirements include:
- Material Certification: Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis for specified parts (e.g., Receptacle Body, part number 1532043-504, Material QQ-N-281 Class A, Form 1, Hot Finished).
- Testing Certification: Non-Destructive Tests for weld repair and production welds, thread inspection per FED-STD-H28 series, and O-ring groove inspection.
- Quality System: Contractors must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208) and calibration system requirements of ISO-10012 (or MIL-STD-45662/ANSI-Z540.3).
- Traceability: Strict material traceability from raw material to final component, including unique traceability numbers and permanent marking per MIL-STD-792.
- Welding/Brazing: Procedures and personnel must be qualified under specified NAVSEA standards (S9074-AR-GIB-010A/278, 0900-LP-001-7000, S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248).
