This project involves the construction of a permanent Security Forces Operations facility, including the building, site work, and utility works. Specialized construction requirements for the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) include enhanced security, communications, redundant power, standby generator, and a weapons storage/maintenance area. The project must comply with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 1-200-01 and UFC 1-200-02 for High Performance and Sustainable Building Requirements, as well as DoD antiterrorism/force protection (AT/FP) requirements.

Contract Details & Requirements
This is a Single Firm Fixed-Price Contract under NAICS Code 236220 (Size Standard: $45M). The period of performance is 360 calendar days for completion, with commencement within 30 days of notice to proceed. Offerors must refer to the "Revolutionary FAR Overhaul" (RFO) versions of the FAR and DFARS. Key submission requirements include:
- Signed SF 1442 (front and back).
- Priced Section 00 10 00 Bid Schedule.
- A Bid Bond (SF24) is required with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds are also required.
- Completed Section 00 45 00 Representations and Certifications, with current and complete data in SAM.gov.

- Electronic submission of bids will NOT be accepted. Facsimile bids are not authorized.
