• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 0700 – 1700, excluding recognized US holidays or Government-directed facility closures.

• Quality Control: Develop and maintain an effective QC Plan (QCP) and submit a final QCP to the COR within 10 days after contract award.

• Access & Security: Comply with all installation/facility access and local security policies. Obtain base identification and vehicle passes. Employees must wear or prominently display identification badges. Background checks are required. Antiterrorism Awareness Level I training is mandatory for all personnel requiring access.

• Personnel: Employees must identify themselves as contractors. Contractor personnel shall not perform services outside the scope of the contract without a modification. A Contract Manager (CM) must be designated.

• Submittals: Provide a Progress Schedule within 10 days of award. Submit manufacturer's products for approval before purchase. Submit a list of hazardous materials before project execution. Submit RFIs within 5 calendar days of identification.

• Coordination: Coordinate with Tennessee Air National Guard Civil Engineering. Do not connect to the base water distribution system without prior approval and a functional backflow prevention device.

• Reporting: Report all contractor labor hours via a secure data collection site annually by October 31.

• Data Rights: Government has unlimited rights to all documents/materials produced under this contract.

• Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI): Notify the KO immediately of any potential OCI and submit a mitigation plan.

• Key Personnel: Contractor personnel evaluated in source selection may be required. Rejection of an offer is possible if firm commitment is not obtained.

• Physical Security: Safeguard all Government property. Secure facilities, equipment, and materials at the close of each work period. Implement key control procedures and report lost/duplicated keys immediately.

• Special Qualifications: Ensure all employees possess required licenses for disciplines used in performance. Government does not provide training.
