This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items for Speed Awareness Sign Installations at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). • Site Visit: 11 June 2026 @ 10:00 am EST. Site visit instructions are attached.

• This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside.
