Purchase Description

This document describes the requirements for the replacement of two Vertical Turbine sewer effluent pumps and a duplex pump controller for the Cottage Grove Sewage Plant in Oregon. The goal is to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the facility.

The Cottage Grove Reservoir is a vital hub for recreation and professional activities, serving a Class A campground, parks, and a US Army Corps of Engineers office. The existing sewage management process involves pumping effluent from septic systems to a collection pond, then gravity-feeding it to a treatment building where it is treated to meet discharge standards for an effluent field. The pumps are located within this building.
