This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for nationwide court reporting services, including digital court reporting, stenotype, videographer, and virtual court reporting services. The acquisition is set-aside for women-owned small business concerns.

• Court Reporting and other required services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Videographer services in accordance with the PWS.

• Services include digital court reporting, stenotype services, videography services, and virtual court reporting services nationwide.

• Transcripts must be delivered according to specified schedules (Regular, Intermediate, Expedited, Overnight).

• Video recordings must be synchronized to the transcript if videography is requested.

• Real-time reporting (captioning) is available upon request for deaf or hard-of-hearing participants.

• Hybrid contract type: Labor Hour and Firm Fixed Unit Price (FFUP) line items.

• Base Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027.

• Four (4) option periods, each extending the performance by one year, up to a total of 60 months.

• Contract type for CLINs is Firm Fixed Unit Price or Labor Hour at a "Not-To-Exceed (NTE)" total amount.

• Quotes are due no later than May 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to the point of contact.

• Evaluation will be based on a best-value tradeoff between price and non-price factors (corporate experience, nationwide approach, and past performance). Non-price factors are considered more important than price.

• Quoters must submit quotes in five volumes: Corporate Experience, Nationwide Approach, Past Performance, Pricing, and Submission of Quotations.

• This acquisition is set-aside for women-owned small business concerns.

• NAICS Code: 561492 (Court Reporting and Stenotype Services).

• Small business size standard: $34M annual revenue.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses by reference.
