• Incumbent Contractor: There is no incumbent contractor for these services.
• "Over and Above" CLIN: This CLIN is Firm-Fixed-Price, Not-to-Exceed ($70,000.00 total ceiling) for repairs outside routine maintenance. An itemized cost estimate is required when such work is identified, and it will be performed via formal Task Order.
• Past Performance: Both commercial and government experience with maintenance and inspection of at least 50 cranes are acceptable. The solicitation does not restrict this to government contracts only.
• Subcontracting: Subcontractors may be used, but the prime contractor must perform at least 50% of the contract cost with its own employees due to the 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
