Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit responses that include all pricing, required technical information, and a completed coversheet. The coversheet is mandatory and must contain the Company Name, Address, DUNS Number, CAGE Code, Federal Tax ID Number, FSC, SIC, Name and Title of Point of Contact, Phone Number, and Email Address. Failure to provide this information will result in the quote not being evaluated. Contractors must also have a current, valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM).
