Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other services necessary for the monitoring, maintenance, and repair of building components, structures, emergency electrical power systems, and the associated diesel fuel storage plant and fuel delivery/transfer components. All systems must be maintained according to manufacturer recommendations. The detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines responsibilities including general maintenance, HVAC, generators, electrical systems, Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), Building Management System (BMS), fire suppression, vehicle gate systems, loading docks, wheelchair lifts, overhead doors, roofing, and fixed glass windows.

Personnel must have a minimum of three years' experience with mission-critical facility systems and current OSHA/NFPA training.
- Security: Personnel must meet background investigation requirements (Low/NACI, Moderate/MBI, High/BI).
- Response Times: Emergencies within 4 hours, Urgent within 24 hours, Routine within 2 days.
