• Evaluation Factors: Price and other factors, with a focus on the responsible Quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government.

• Technical Acceptability: Evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. Quoters must demonstrate compliance with specifications, characteristics, and performance requirements. Technical documentation is required.

• Past Performance: Will be evaluated and assigned a rating of Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
