Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies the delivery information for several CLINs/SLINs/ELINs:

• CLIN 0002: The delivery period start date is changed from May 15, 2026, to April 15, 2026. The quantity (124 Each) and end date (March 31, 2027) remain the same.
• CLIN 0004: The delivery period start date is changed from May 01, 2026, to April 15, 2026. The quantity (168 Each) and end date (March 31, 2027) remain the same.
• CLIN 0005: The delivery period start date is changed from May 01, 2026, to April 15, 2026. The quantity (168 Each) and end date (March 31, 2027) remain the same.
• CLIN 0006: The delivery period start date is changed from May 01, 2026, to April 15, 2026. The quantity (168 Each) and end date (March 31, 2027) remain the same.

Additionally, the following FAR clauses were added:

• 52.222-55 Minimum Wages for Contractor Workers Under Executive Order 14026 (Deviation) (Feb 2026): This clause establishes a minimum hourly wage rate of $15.00 per hour beginning January 30, 2022, with annual adjustments thereafter. It also outlines procedures for price adjustments due to increased labor costs and recordkeeping requirements.

• 52.204-13 System for Award Management-Maintenance (Deviation) (Feb 2026): This clause requires contractors to maintain an active Federal Government contracts registration in SAM throughout contract performance and through final payment.

• 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Deviation) (Feb 2026): This clause details terms and conditions related to inspection/acceptance, assignment, changes, disputes, excusable delays, invoicing, patent indemnity, payment, risk of loss, taxes, termination, title, warranty, limitation of liability, compliance with laws, order of precedence, and unauthorized obligations.
